But not any more! We have pioneered a direct route from Livingstone Airport (the gateway to Victoria Falls) to the Kruger (and vice-versa), thus eliminating the need to stay in Joburg.

Itinerary
Day 1-3: Zambezi Sun - Victoria Falls, Zambia
From Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport, your clients will catch a Daily British Airways flight to Livingstone airport in Zambia. On arrival your clients will be met by an Icon Expeditions representative and transferred to the Zambezi Sun or other hotel of their choice. Enjoy a sundowner cruise on the Zambezi and spot crocodile, hippo and other wild animals as the sky turns crimson red.
Also included is a guided tour of Victoria Falls, which allows your clients to understand the mythology behind one of the world's seven natural wonders. The remainder of their time here is free to explore at leisure. If your clients are the adventurous type then why not try white water rafting, bungee jumping or even take a helicopter trip over the Falls themselves! The less adventurous can spend the day browsing in the craft markets and relaxing in one of Africa's most scenic settings.
After breakfast on your clients last morning, they will be transferred back to Livingstone airport to catch our privately chartered Icon Expeditions flight to Kruger. This is an exclusive routing which can only be done with Icon Expeditions and saves your clients a night in Johannesburg!

Day 3-6: Londolozi Varty Camp - Sabi Sands, Kruger Park
Upon arrival at Kruger Mpumalanga Airport, your clients will be met by their ranger and the wilderness experience begins! Your clients will arrive at their luxury lodge in time for a delicious lunch which will be followed by an afternoon game drive in the heart of the bush.
The Private reserve and concession has many advantages over the national parks in South Africa. Vehicles need not be covered; rangers can go follow animals off the roads; your clients can go on bush walks; and the night drives, sleep-outs and dinners in the bush will bowl your clients over. Above all, your clients and a handful of other guests will have exclusive access to an enormous and pristine game reserve.
The early morning game drives, bush walks and sunset safaris will be interrupted by exquisite meals, rejuvenating spa treatments or poolside dozes. Spend the next three days in the blissful routine of eating, sleeping and various wilderness activities.

Day 6-10: 2Inn1 Kensington, Cape Town
After your clients final morning game drive they will go back to the lodge for a well-earned breakfast. After breakfast they will check out of the lodge and will be transferred by road to Kruger Mpumalanga Airport for their flight to Cape Town. On your arrival at Cape Town Airport your clients will be met by a representative from Icon Expeditions who will transfer them to the 2 inn 1 Kensington. This transfer is approximately 20 minutes.
Cape Town is one of the most interesting, diverse and vibrant cities in the world. Amongst the endless array of activities that Cape Town offers, your clients can explore the city centre, Robben Island or take a cable car up Table Mountain. Alternatively, Icon Expeditions can organise private tours, car hire and day trips for your clients to the surrounding areas such as the world famous Franschhoek and Stellenbosch Winelands areas or the Cape Peninsula.

Day 10: Departure
After breakfast your clients will check out of their hotel. A representative from Icon Expeditions will pick them up from the hotel and transfer them to Cape Town Airport for their onward travel arrangements.
