Our Pricing
Pricing is always a topic most tour operators fear, but at Icon Expeditions things are a little different. Because we are working directly with International Tour Operators, we understand your need for competitive pricing. As such, co-operation and collaboration are both essential, as we are working together to provide a unique and exclusive service to clients.
The routing we have pioneered between Victoria Falls (Livingstone Airport) and Kruger National Park (Skukuza Airport) is exclusive to your clients through your association with Icon Expeditions. The flight schedule is listed below, but if you have a minimum of 10 people to book the plane, we can organise additional departures.

Primarily our pricing structure works in one of two ways, but can be cutomised according to your requirements. On the one hand we can provide a Nett Quote (between 10-15% below Rack), leaving it up to you to decide on the mark-up you would like to apply when selling on to your clients.
As we work directly with all the leading lodges, hotels and airlines, we are able to obtain some of the best discounted rates in both Southern and East Africa. We are also therefore happy to provide a competitive quote which is generally just below rack, with an agreed commission share. This means you are assurred of providing your clients with a highly competitive quote. In both instances, quotes will entail all aspects of your clients' holiday as our Expert Consultants are able to plan and tailormake a relevant itinerary. You are therefore able to utilize our Consultants' Expert Destination and Product knowledge in building itineraries for your clients. Alternatively, simply use our services to check availability and book your pre-defined itinerary.
This initiative has been developed in response to demand from consumers, and because we believe Icon Expeditions fills a niche in the Southern and East Africa travel market. It will not take off (no pun intended) without operators and ourselves working together in unison. We understand that this initiative will not only benefit clients but should be profitable for operators too!
NB: We can customise a pricing option to suit your needs and demands. Remember this is a partnership between Icon Expeditions and yourself, in which we work together to provide a service to the end user.
