The Garden Route is a relatively safe area, but always be vigilant and use common sense when walking or exploring the region. Chances are you’ll be either close to the action, making for a pleasant walk, or very far from the action, making for a very pleasant drive – unless traipsing over mountains and dodging wild animals is your kind of thing. |
